Observing Evenings
The observing evenings are an oportunity for Society members and any one else to get together for a communal observing session. They are held approximately once a month. People of all abilities are welcome and you do NOT need any observing equipment of your own. Several telescopes of various sizes are normally available along with binoculars. Should you have any equipment then by all means bring it along. Remember, for observing in the Autumn and Winter months espescially, that warm clothing is a must.
